Road Captain Road Captain Report  | | | By Gabe Gouvas | Road Captain Report | | This report will include the week of 8-13 as well as the 8-20 rides. The week of 8-13 we rode to stables in Indianapolis it was a great ride and everyone enjoyed Stables as always and welcome Tony Hewitt as a new rider. That week we had 14 paid riders, and the money winners were Tony Hewitt (beginners luck) Paul B., And Buddy Franklin. Each won $35.00 adding another $35.00 to the pot total.Last weeks ride 8-20 went to the Pour House in Gas Ccity, where some of us took a ride on the short bus while others, enjoyed a drink and some food. The ride then went to (the recently re-opened) Town Tavern in Summitville. And they were more than happy to see us! A good reception from them. this ride had a total of 20 paid riders, the money winners were, Steve Fosnot, and two new riders, Lindsey Haston, and Mark Young. Each won $50.00 adding another $50.00 to the pot for a total of $599.16. I will be keeping my eye on the weather as Wednesday is calling for rain.
